AI Miniatur provides AI-powered image generation services. We offer both free and paid tiers with different features and limitations.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

7. Refund Policy
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds requested after this period will not be processed.
Proportional Refunds
Refunds are calculated based on the remaining unused credits in your account. The refund amount will be proportional to the unused portion of your subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining credits until your subscription expires.

8. Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is' without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Miniatur be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Miniatur operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
